However, because of the number and size of our inventories, and because data has been entered by many people for a very long period of time, errors are unavoidable. As such, we continually check datasets when we use them in research and correct errors as soon as they are found. MGRRE provides this information as is and makes no guarantee or warranty concerning accuracy of the information contained in the datasets. Furthermore, MGRRE makes no warranties, either expressed or implied, as to the condition of the samples or of fitness of samples and data for any particular purpose. The burden for determining fitness for use lies entirely with the user. Although these data have been processed successfully on computers at MGRRE, no warranty, expressed or implied, is made by MGRRE regarding the use of these data on any other system, nor does the fact of distribution constitute or imply any such warranty.
